充耳不闻与从谏如流:建议采择研究述评

建议采择指的是决策者对于他人建议的采纳或者拒绝。通过对建议采择领域研究成果的梳理,介绍了建议采择的概念和作用,分析了建议采择的经典研究范式(JAS),着重探讨了影响建议采择的决策者、建议者以及决策情境因素。最后,对建议采择领域未来的研究方向进行了展望,包括提高JAS的生态效度,分析决策者的建议质量识别机制,基于面子、关系等中国文化背景因素分析中国人的建议采择机制。

Rejecting or Accepting Suggestions:A Review of Researches on Advice Taking

When facing a decision,people often need to consider others’ advice.Advice taking refers to how people take and use advice to make decisions.This review firstly introduces the concept and effect of advice taking,and goes on to analyze the Judge-advisor system(JAS),especially factors that affect advice taking such as the judge,the advisor and the context of decision making.Finally,the limitations of previous studies are reviewed and future research orientations are provided.It is suggested that the design of Judge-advisor system be revised to get better ecological validity,and the mechanism of how judges appraise the quality of advice be analyzed.Meanwhile,in the Chinese cultural context,it should be worth exploring the effects of "guanxi"(relation) and "mianzi"(face-saving) on Chinese advice taking.
