| 摘 要： | 农村政策性金融组织具有非营利性和非竞争性、风险性、业务范围的周期性、地域性、专门性等特征。现阶段，我国农村政策性金融组织法律制度存在法律制度缺位、法律地位模糊不清、法人治理结构不完善、经营活动缺乏有效监管等问题。亟待构建现代农村政策性金融组织法律制度，为农村经济发展提供法制保障。

| Abstract: | Agricultural policy finance institution has some features,such as non-profit and non competitive,periodic,regional,special features.At present,the legal system of Chinese agricultural policy finance organization exists some deficiency,lack of legal status of obscure,the corporate governance structure is not perfect,the lack of effective supervision and management activities.It’s necessary to construct a modern rural policy finance organization legal system. |
