| 摘 要： | 当今女性的角色冲突问题是许多社会学家、学者关注的焦点,也有不少人对此作过研究.本文从微观的角度出发,通过个案调查,具体阐述角色冲突的表现以及对女性的影响,并试图分析社会工作可介入的途径及方式.

| Abstract: | Nowadays,a lot of sociologists pay attention to females about "the conflict of roles". They have done some researches in the domain. This article showes "role conflict"in a family by case study and elaborates how it influences the female. A conclusion is drawn that the female ex-press their right and thoughts in " conflict of roles". The intervention of social work and some suggestions are provided. |
