| 摘 要： | 该文应用柯布——道格拉斯生产函数模型,测算出新疆石河子的科技贡献率,提出在新的历史条件下,石河子应进一步促进科技进步,提高科技贡献率,促进科技与经济的良性互动,实现石河子社会经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | According to the mode of Cobb-Douglas production function,the paper calculates the contribution rate of science and technology of Shihezhi Xinjiang BINGTUAN.Under the new historical conditions,it puts forward continously to promote the advance of science and technology of science and technology,strengthens the relationship between scientific and technical and economic development,achieves social and economic sustainable development in Shihezhi. |
