Fairy Ci-ology,a Forgotten Genre

The fairy Ci-ology as a genre took on a unique feature in the history of the Chinese Ci-ology.It originated from the poetry about immortals and broke through the traditional theme of Ci-ology love,highlighting the pursuit of immortality.The Ci-ologists,via creation of the Immortals,expressed their anger and the spirit of preserving moral integrity.In the narrative structure,the poem of Immortals was obvious and clearly organized,with three parts of the origin,experience and end of the Immortals.Stylistically,it is enriched with imaginary and Taoist legends,carrying a romantic sense in the atmosphere of mirage.
