我国高校高层次人才激励问题研究

摘    要:结合我国高校的组织特性和高层次人才的特点,构建了基于改进的"三因素理论"的高校高层次人才激励模型。该模型把激励问题放在一个完整的"组织——员工"系统中加以研究,分析了激励主体采取激励措施作用于激励客体的运行机理,揭示激励主、客体之间的反馈机制以及激励、保健、去激励因素之间的动态变化规律。模型应用的激励效果很大程度上取决于激励措施的实施时机、频率、方向。

Abstract:Based on the optimized TRI-FACTORS THEROY a inspiration model for high-level talents in colleges is constructed combining with the characteristics of organizations and individuals,which analyzes the operation and feedback mechanism between the subject of motivation and the object of motivation,and describes the law of motion among incentive factors,assuming that the motivation questions should be regarded as an integrated "organizations and employees" system.The inspiration effect is to some largely degree depended on motivation opportunity,frequency and orientation.
