| Abstract: | To solve the predicament of issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, we should start from the three aspects, improvement of rural infrastructure, shift of rural work force and rebuild of traditional agriculture, in which the key is system changing and government support. While in the concrete operation, the excess intervenes from government should be avoided. |
