摘    要:高职院校辅导员在学生管理工作中,应根据高职院校学生的特点坚持法治化管理和人性化管理、制度管理与学生自我管理、显性教育与隐性教育、权力影响力与非权力影响力、正式沟通与非正式沟通、正式群体与非正式群体等"六个结合",创新学生管理工作方法,从以教育、管理为主向教育、管理、服务三位一体方向发展。

Abstract:Vocational college counselors are supposed to be innovative in student guidance according to the characteristic of the students by adhering to "six combinations", namely, legalized supervision and people-oriented management, regulation control and students' self-control, explicit and implicit education, power and non-power influence, formal and informal communication as well as official and non-official groups. The orientation of education and management is expected to be changed to the Trinity style combining education, management and service.
