| 摘 要： | 在研究企业社会责任的概念及表现的基础上,探讨企业社会责任的实现途径,提出通过企业的道德化经营承担企业社会责任,其关键是把企业的经济绩效和社会责任结合起来,实现企业与社会的和谐发展。
