The Contrast and Analysis of Hospital Management Company's Market Circumstance Factors in China and America -- Restraints in the Development of Chinese Hospital Management Companies and the Countermeasures

As a new form of hospital dealing, the hospital management company is standing in the initial stage while it' s developed in American. The comparison and analysis of the circumstance factors between Chinese and American hospital management companies will help enhance the research and practice in this area. The thesis tries to disassemble the work process of the hospital management company, to analyze the effect of the circumstance factors according to the every work process, and then to contrast with the American counterparts. Some appraisals and advice on the circumstance factors for Chinese hospital management companies will be proposed.
