| 摘 要： | 犯罪社会学中的间接约束因素指犯罪暴露度与文化规范。犯罪暴露度的下降与文化发展的失衡是当代中国社会犯罪上涨的重要外因,因此,犯罪控制应当将犯罪暴露度与文化发展纳入其中。

| Abstract: | The indirect restriction factor refers to uncovery extent of committing crime and culture criterion. It is an important factor begetting more crime that the uncovery extent of committing crime descends. So is the unbalance of culture developing. In ashort, Crime controlling should cover uncovery extent of committing crime and culture developing. |
