| Abstract: | To keep the securities market steady and developing, the information disclosing of listed company is taken seriously in every country. The prospectus is the most important instrument of legal document. Based on the comparison and the analyze of the content and format of prospectus of several countries, this article puts forward several proposals to the existing problems in the information disclosing of listed companies. |
