| Abstract: | Public morality is a basic code of conduct that all members of society must follow in public life and social contact. It regulates the relationship between man and man, man and society, man and nature. It is also an important indication of the self accomplishment in ethics of the citizens and the progress of social civilization. The enhancement of the construction of public ethics must be achieved on the basis of individuals, guided by Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, by strengthening propaganda and education, and ensured by government regulations and legal measures. |
