| 摘 要： | 文章以档案文献为依据探讨了抗战期间中英两国围绕修筑中印公路问题就“西藏问题”展开的交涉。抗战期间,中国国民政府试图以修筑中印公路为契机,加强对西藏地方主权统辖。英国政府为维持其在西藏的势力范围和影响竭力阻挠公路的修筑,并企图以所谓西藏地位问题与筑路计划挂钩。同时,英国还唆使西藏噶厦干扰中印驮运线的开通。英国的阻挠最终导致了中印公路计划的流产,给中国人民的抗战事业带来了巨大损失。

| Abstract: | Based on documents and archives, this article studies the Chinese government's negotiation with Britain on Tibet and the China-India road during the period of anti-Japanese war. Taking the chance of building road, the Chinese government tried to strengthen sovereignty over Tibet. The British attempted to hinder China from building road aiming at maintaining its influence on Tibet. The British government also abetted the Tibetan local government in building the road. The British obstruction led to a failure of the building of China-India road, which caused a great loss of Chinese anti-Japanese war. |
