摘    要:探讨江苏名教师成功机制,有助于促进更多的优秀教师、名教师的成长。本文重点从人格机制(含理想、爱心与执着)、行为机制(含学习、实践与反思)、外因(环境)机制(含家庭、组织与社会)3个方面进行探讨,认为这三方面既相对独立又相互联系,共同作用于江苏名教师的成功。

Abstract:A discussion on the mechanism of the prominent teachers' success of Jiangsu will contribute to the development of more prominent teachers. The article mainly chooses three aspects to explore as follows. The first is the mechanism of personality including ideal, love and insistence. The second is the mechanism of behavior including study, practice and rethinking. The third is the mechanism of circumstance including family, organizations and society. These three aspects, which are not only independent correspondingly, but correlative with each other, affect the success of prominent teachers of Jiangsu.
