| 摘 要： | 与知识产权相关的很多术语不能简单地依字面含义去理解,进行英语汉语对译时,作者应该弄清楚该术语在我国知识产权法中确切的汉语含义以及相对应的英文表达方式,而不能机械地搬用汉英字典中的英文释义。同时,为了促进知识产权的研究更好地参与国际交流,知识产权研究者还应注意加强与外语工作者的合作。

| Abstract: | Many law terms on intellectual rights should not be understood by their literal meaning.so when choosing words,authors should not mechanically use their dictionary meanings but should combine their acurate meanings with English expressions. and meanwhile we should cooperative with English language workers in order to involve in international exchange on intellectual rights research. |
