| 摘 要： | 针对中国煤炭企业的实际情况，将供应链管理理论引入到元宝山煤矿的实际中，对煤矿供应链设计的基本目标、需主要解决的问题及设计程序进行了阐述，并构建、分析了适合煤矿集团实际情况的供应链管理模式，以期对中国煤炭行业的发展起到促进作用。

| Abstract: | In view of the practical condition in coal enterprise of our country,the management theories of supply chain is introduced into groups'actuality.The paper expounds fundamental goal,design procedure and problem and analyzes the management pattern of supply chain which suits to reality to promote the development of coal industry group in China. |
