| Abstract: | There are many issues arising from carrying out"The Law of Promoting SME" in Henan Province,which include the lag of policy,the lack of special capital for SME development,and the insufficiency of support for starting a business.According to these issues and the reality of Henan,in order to promote the fast development of SME in this region,effective measures should be taken regarding some aspects such as policy establishment,management system,capital support and credit system construction. |
