| 摘 要： | 为探讨外商直接投资对安徽产业结构的负面效应，更好地利用外资来发展经济，通过分析外商直接投资在安徽的产业分布情况，得出结论：外商直接投资的结构性倾斜加大了三次产业的结构偏差、扩大了三次产业发展水平，外资工业的结构性倾斜助长了消费品工业的过度扩张；提出通过发挥优势和引导外商的投资来改善外商直接投资的对策。

| Abstract: | To discuss negatives effects of FDI on Anhui＇s industrial structure and better use of foreign investment to develop economy, the artical analyzes industrial distribution of FDI in Anhui province, and then draws the conclusion that structure inclination of FDI increases structure windage of three industries,enlarges development level of three industries,and that structure inclination of foreign capital industry helps excess dilation of consumable industry. The artical proposes exerting advantage and leading foreign capital to improve FDI. |
