| 摘 要： | 延续百余年的传统教育培训手段面对信息时代的挑战时已显得力不从心,教育培训方式的变革已是大势所趋。以互联网及流媒体(StreamingMedia)技术为依托的电子教育(电子培训)展现给我们的是一个别具一格的教育形式。电子教育以无可比拟的优越性让我们看到了教育培训业新的曙光。
