| 摘 要： | 随着我国房地产行业的快速发展,不仅物业管理产业从无到有,得到了长足发展,而且物业管理法制建设也取得了较大进展。本文结合我国物业管理的现状,对物业管理法制建设的背景、依法治理物业管理需要把握好的几个主要关系,以及如何进一步完善物业管理的各项法律制度进行了初步探讨。
