| Abstract: | Beginning with the systematic analysis of historical significance and great necessity on the issue of managerial innovation,this paper points out that the following six innovations,including managerial views,managerial strategies,organizational structures,managerial regulations,managerial methods and personal qualification have to be maintained to improve managerial innovatiion in market economic system.Moveover,a system based on regulations to ensure the managerial innovation is also presented in this thesis. |
