成长型企业的三级跃迁发展模型

摘    要:对中国优秀企业的考察,可以归纳出企业发展的三种导向:产品导向、营销导向和战略导向。三种导向的递进构成了成长型企业的三级跃迁发展模型。产品导向型企业致力于执着追求产品改进;营销导向型企业致力于满足界面需求;战略导向型企业致力于匹配内部资源去把握外部机会。

Abstract:As an increasing number of Chinese enterprises have developed successfully,it is quite important to sum up their rich experience to guide growing enterprises in their much faster and more stable developing progress.The paper presents three types of Chinese growing enterprises.The first is product-oriented,which focuses on how to improve product quality.The second is marketing-oriented,which focuses on how to satisfy boundary needs.And the last is strategy-oriented,which focuses on how to match its resources with opportunities from its outside surroundings.
