| 摘 要： | 随着国家战略能源竞争日趋激烈,中国石化企业有效战略决策显得尤为重要。从产权战略联盟动态演化特征出发,构建了石化企业产权战略联盟决策路径模型,并以价值链理论为基础,分析了目前中国石化企业产权战略联盟四种模式:市场开发、资源共享、技术合作以及品牌合作。提出了石化企业战略联盟路径选择和四种模式选择的关注问题。

| Abstract: | The strategic alliances have already become an important strategy management of petrochemical enterprises in the world.The cooperation is beneficial for promoting profit and competitive ability and for upgrading the management level.In order to survive in the severe competition,many petrochemical enterprises also start to implement the strategic alliance.But for China's petrochemical enterprises,due to insufficient resources and the high dependence on import raw materials,the enterprises'products lack the competitive ability.After analyzing the strategic alliance patterns and the operation mechanism,this paper puts forward four modes of strategic alliance of China's petrochemical enterprises. |
