| 摘 要： | 课题组通过在四川等西部省份的调查,发现西部地区建立农村基本医疗保障制度面临着许多问题。从农民对医疗服务的可得性和可及性、筹资、农民参与等方面分析这些问题,在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The project team finds out,through investigation in Sichuan and other western provinces,that there will be many problems when a primary medicare system is to be established in rural areas in such western provinces.The author puts forward countermeasures to solve the problem after a comprehensive analysis of such aspects as availability,accessibility,funding of medicare,and peasants participation. |
