从“文化例外”看当前深化文化体制改革中的几个问题

In the tide of economic globalization,China’s cultural industry obviously lacks competitiveness compared with that of the developed countries.The urgent task is to protect our cultural heritage and tradition.On the other hand,great efforts should be taken to turn the unfavorable conditions into motives for development.In this case,cultural exception can provide an international referential angle of view.
