| 摘 要： | 我国农村社会保障制度建设还很落后,存在着覆盖面窄、待遇水平低、统筹层次低、转移就业的农民缺乏社会保障等问题.新农村建设为发展农村社会保障事业提供了历史机遇,在新农村建设中要积极探索建立健全农村社会保障制度.

| Abstract: | Our country's rural social security system has limited coverage,poor payments,low-level overall planning and a crying need of social security for transferred employment's peasants,so its establishment lags far behind.The development of social security system plays an important part in new countryside construction and the latter provides historical opportunities for the former.Active exploration should be carried out to establish and perfect the social security system in new countryside construction. |
