| 摘 要： | 廉政建设,是古今中外所有国家必然面对而又必须解决的政治问题。这问题解决得如何,直接关系到人民的命运和国家的前途,官廉则政举,官贪则政亡,莫有例外。朱元璋虽是600年前的一位封建帝王,但其廉政建设的经验,颇有历史借鉴的意义,很值得后世重视。

| Abstract: | How to keep a clean government is a political question t hat is faced by and has to be resolved by all nations. How it is resolved is dir ectly related to the fate of the people and the future of the nation. There is n o exception to the rule that "clean officials make the government prosper, whil e corrupt officials make the government perish."Although ZHU Yuan-zhang is a f eudal emperor six hundred years ago, his experiences in keeping his government c lear has a lot to offer for us to learn and due attention should be paid to it. |
