| Abstract: | by setting obligations as its content and aiming to fulfill people's rights, the rationality of paternalistic legal constraints lies in its correct reflection of the relation in humanity between material benefits and free will. However, the legislators should carefully handle the reasonable limits by analyzing people's different interests and mediating clash between the different values. |
