| 摘 要： | 徐阶于嘉隆之交颁行《嘉靖遗诏》和《隆庆登极诏》,着手革除嘉靖后期世宗怠政和严嵩专权遗留下的诸多弊病,即隆庆新政。高拱复出后,力反徐阶所为,力行改革,重新评价世宗,停止不加澄辨的平反、改判方士王金等,从而创造了良好的君臣关系和政治氛围,为进一步改革找到了支点和依据。

| Abstract: | At the turn of Jiajing time to Longqing time, Xu Jie promulgates Jiajing＇s Last Edict and Imperial Edict of Longqing Enthronement and starts to eliminate the indolent rnling and lots of evils in the late of 1560 left by Yan Song＇s autocratic, which is called Longqing New Deal. After Gao Gong comes back, he tries to exercise reform, re -evaluates Shizong, stops the wrong vindication. Gao Gong＇s measures create a good relationship between the monarch and his subjects, and a good political atmosphere, and find a fulcrnm and basis for a further reform. |
