| 摘 要： | 在信用证法律关系中，对信用证当事人权利与义务的影响最为重大的是银行审单标准。作为在各国银行业普遍适用的惯例，UCP600重新审视UCP500审单标准之缺陷，在全面评审国际商会的意见和决定、DOCDEX的裁定以及各国司法判例的基础上，对UCP500进行了全面修改。新的审单标准于2007年7月1日开始适用，对开证申请人、银行和受益人的权利和义务会带来重大影响。因此，对UCP600新审单标准进行分析并对当事人权利义务的影响作一评析就具有重大意义。
