| 摘 要： | 循环经济实质上是一种生态型经济。循环经济有三个最基本的原则:即资源使用减量化原则;产品再使用原则;废弃物再循环原则。发展循环经济是社会、经济、科技发展的客观要求。科技成果的应用与循环经济关系密切,科技成果应用必须符合循环经济原理。本论文从五个方面论述了科技成果推广应用必须遵循的循环经济原理。

| Abstract: | Recycling economy is a kind of ecological economy development style in truth.To develop recycling economy,three disciplines must be carried out,they are resources utilization reducing discipline,reutilization discipline of products and waste recycling discipline.It is essential to develop recycling economy to harmony the development of society,economy,as well as science and technology in the world.There is a good relationship between the application of science and technology and recycling economy development.It is very important to abide by the recycling economic principles for the application to the achievements of sciences and technology.The authors pointed out the opinion from five aspects. |
