On the Function of the Frec Defeader in the volleyball Match and the Cultivation of the Teenager Athelets

Based on the roles of free defenders in the volleyball match,this paper points out that teenager players should be cultivated skillfully,mentally,self-consciously,enthusiastically and psychologically,and in this way it can be expected that trained players are obviously characterized by defending skills in a specific position and will play more important roles in the match.
