| 摘 要： | 作为结构功能主义对立面的理论--社会冲突论于60年代在美国应运而生,其重要代表人物科塞的功能冲突论以强调冲突的积极功能为其显著特征,并提出了具有启发与应用价值的安全阀理论.该理论的制度化形式--安全阀机制已经在我国实际应用,但还应从客观和主观两方面继续改进和完善.
