黄土高原水土流失的人为因素分析及其对策研究——以陕西佳县为例

随着地方经济的飞速发展和人口的不断增加,人类的开发建设活动逐渐增多、加快,由此造成的水土流失也日趋严重。产生人为水土流失的主要因素有城镇建设、农林开发类工程建设、交通建设、资源开发等。对此,首先要加大宣传力度,增强人们的人为水土流失的忧患意识;并依法行政,建立健全水土保持制度体系和水保执法机构体系;同时加强开发建设项目的管理。

The Study of Human Factors of Soil Erosion on Loess Plateau and the Countermeasures——A Case Study of Jiaxian County of Shaanxi Province

The gradual increase in human development and construction activities,along with the rapid development of local economy and the ever-growing population,results in serious soil erosion.There are many factors that cause artificial soil erosion,such as urban construction,development of agriculture and forestry,traffic construction and energy resource development.To solve these problems,first,we need to intensify our propaganda for the purpose of enhancing people's sense of urgency;second,we need to resort to law and establish a sound system of water and soil conservation and water protection system;last,we need to strengthen the management of development projects.
