| 摘 要： | 高校大学生行为管理是一个复杂的系统工程，学生的思想工作是其管理中的首要因素。要对高校大学生实行有效管理，就必须充分体现管理中的人本观念。行为过程管理就是高校管理工作者对大学生的思想行为过程实行科学有效的调控，使其符合管理目标的科学管理思想和方法，将过程控制原理和目标管理理论有机结合，促进大学生和谐健康发展。

| Abstract: | The management of undergraduate＇s behavior is a very complicated system,and the undergraduate＇s ideological work is the first and the most important factor in the system. In order to realize the effective management of undergraduates, the human-based conception must be fully embodied in the management process. Behavior Process Management （BPM） is a scientific and effective way employed by administrators to regulate and control the student ＇s ideology and behavior process in colleges and universities. BPM is an organic combination of process control principles and objective management theories, and it can promote undergraduates＇ harmonious and healthy development. |
