| 摘 要： | 车辆超载运输造成的破坏与损失触目惊心.目前在我国,不论客车还是货车,都存在着较严重的超载现象,并已成"顽疾",给我国的生产安全和经济发展带来了严重的影响.政府应从改革收费制度、严格市场准入、严格执法和实行网络化管理入手进行改革.

Now, in China, there are serious overload existing in the passenger as well as in the lorry, which brought serious impact on our product safety and economic development. The government should reform from charging system, entering market, enforcing law and managing by net. |
