| 摘 要： | 制度的功能是多种多样而且具有层次性的。制度功能的层次性是指制度的功能具有核心功能与具体功能之别,并且制度的核心功能是通过具体的功能实现的。制度的核心功能是为经济活动中的主体即“经济人”提供激励与约束,而这一核心功能是通过减少不确定性、降低交易费用、外部性内部化等具体功能实现的。
