河北旅游业发展对策研究

本文从河北旅游业的现状出发,分析了河北发展旅游业的有利条件和制约因素,提出了将河北建成旅游经济强省的对策思路:政府主导、加快基础设施建设、建立投融资体系、实施精品战略、保护资源和环境、加强区域合作和人才培养等。

Some Proposals for Promoting the Development of Tourism in Hebei Province

On the basis of the understanding of the existing conditions of tourism in Hebei province, this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of its development. Some measures are proposed for the promotion of the development of tourism in Hebei province, among them are some important factors such as the leading role of the government; the efforts to speed up the infrastructure of tourism; the establishment of the financing systems; the implementation of the strategy of fine works; the protection of the resources and environment; the ways to enhance the regional cooperation and the training of capable persons.
