当代西方政党执政的基本模式及其分析

以竞选和组阁为中心,同时通过议会活动,将政党的主张上升为国家法律而贯彻执行,是当代西方政党执政的基本模式。这一模式具有进步与局限的双重作用。我们必须科学客观地认识西方政党执政的基本模式,既不机械照搬,又要积极借鉴其中体现政党执政一般规律和共同要求的有益成果,从而不断完善中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商的政党体制,不断提高党的领导水平和执政水平。
