| 摘 要： | 根据全国加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作会议上提出的"要坚持教育与管理相结合,把思想政治教育融入学校管理之中,建立自律与他律、激励与约束有机结合的长效工作机制"要求,着重从管理主体和管理方法两个方面探讨了构建高校学生管理工作长效机制的问题,以期达到高校学生管理工作保持长久活力的目的。

| Abstract: | According to the proposal from the national education meeting,a long-term mechanism with self-discipline,other-discipline,encouragement and controlling system should be established to combine ideological and political education and students' management together.This essay focuses on how to establish and improve this long-term mechanism from the aspects of management subjects and management methods in order to keep the management mechanism active and lasting. |
