村民自治制度的实施对中国农村市民社会形成的促进作用

市民社会是与政治国家相对应的概念，是社会发展过程中不可逾越的阶段。加快国家与农村社会关系的整合，培育出具有相对自主性的农村市民社会，是推动我国现代化进程的必然要求。我国广大农村地区日益普及的村民自治制度是政府与社会良性互动的结果，与传统的农村管理体制相比较，它的实施推动了农村社会解构，在广大农村地区逐步培育出相对独立的社会、相对独立的个人、相对独立的社团和组织，为农村市民社会的形成和发展创造了条件。

Promoting Rural Civil Society through Implement of System of Villagers'' Self-government

:Civil society is a corresponding conception with political country. Acorrding to the demands of Chinese modernization of countryside, we should regulate relation between government and rural society in oder to form a true rural civil society with relative independence quickly. As a result of mutual impact between government and society, the system of villagers self-government is spreading. Compared with traditional management system of countryside, rural society begin to decompose and creat relative independent society, indivdual person and other social orgnizations which poduced conditions for development of rural civil society.
