| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,完全依靠国家承担高等教育费用已不再可能。我国于1997年全面实行高等教育收费以来,相当一部分学生家庭越来越无法承担日益上涨的高校学费。高校收费对高等教育公平的影响如何?收费的上涨会不会引发新的高等教育不公平?为进一步促进高等教育公平,探讨完善高校收费的各种配套措施是很有必要的。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of higher education,it is impossible for China government to completely afford all tuition fees.Since China implemented college charging system in 1997,more and more families could not afford increasing fees.How does the policy of tuition payments affect the justice in higher education? Will it lead to a new type of unjustice in higher education with the payment's increasing? To promote the justice in higher education,it is vital to discuss kinds of relevant measures for improvement. |
