| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) have played an important role in the rapid development of economy in China and have special superiority in technical innovation. However, the deficiency of SME in financing, human resource, technology and information has been weakening their innovation capability. Therefore, it is realistic and necessary that SME should decide on the contents and modes of innovation according to their industries, their levels of technology, their production scales and their development environments. |
