| 摘 要： | 在我国国民经济的发展中,经济的“过热”和“紧缩”常常交替出现。在这个过程中,企业的发展环境难免波动,而企业的经营行为也经常出现不规范的现象。构建企业信用认证体系,为企业经营创造良好的外部条件,不但有利于市场经济的顺畅发展,而且也有利于和谐社会的构建。

| Abstract: | The "overheating" and the deflation haunted the development of Chinese economy in the progress of development. The fluctuation of the outside environment for the firms usually resulted in the abnormal behaviors of the enterprises. To form the credit authentication system, create a ideal climate for the businesses, will certainly benefit not only the market economy, but also the formation of a harmony society. |
