上海品牌衰落的原因与再崛起对策

摘    要:在推进实施上海品牌战略过程中,深析上海老品牌衰落原因与再崛起可能,以及加快自主品牌培育和发展的对策,颇值关注与省思。本文在专题调研与文献研究的基础上,深层次分析了上海品牌衰落的原因,提出了振兴和复苏老品牌的推进思路及现阶段可采取的操作策略。

Abstract:In the process of implementing Shanghai brands strategy,it is necessary to analyze the reason of the decline of old Shanghai brands,the possibility of re-rising and the countermeasures of cultivating and developing independent brands.After professional research and literature studies,this article analyzed the reason of the decline of Shanghai brands,and proposed the methods for reviving old brands and some feasible measures in current stage.
