| 摘 要： | 组织学习能力的测度是建立学习型组织、培育企业核心能力的需要。本文从有效建立学习型组织的管理实践角度构建了7个评价维度、35个具体指标的测度体系,来对组织的学习能力进行测度,并给出了一个测度案例。

| Abstract: | The measurement of organizational learning’s capability is necessary both to build the learning organization and to cultivate the core competence.Based on the managerial practices,which are employed to build learning organization more effectively,seven evaluation dimensions and thirty-five concrete indices are designed to measure the organizational learning’s capability.Then,an application case is given. |
