| 摘 要： | 社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性，把建设“和谐社会”作为我党新时期执政的目标，体现了中华民族传统文化精神与我们党治国理政新追求的完美结合。构建社会主义和谐社会与精神文明建设的关切度表现在：两者具有高度的内在耦合性，加强精神文明建设是构建和谐社会的促进器。

| Abstract: | Social harmony is the fundamental characteristics of Chinese style socialism. The treatment of harmony as the political target of our party in the new period embodies the perfect unity of the Chinese traditional culture and the ideal of our party＇s controlling the state. The relevancy between the construction of the harmonious society and the spiritual construction is that there is high inner closeness between them in that the spiritual construction is the propeller of the construction of the harmonious society. |
