| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展，大学生群体接触到了更多的思想价值观念。大学生在思想道德方面有良好的表现的同时，也出现了种种问题。高校从事学生管理工作的辅导员肩负重大责任，并且在高校的思想道德建设工作中发挥着重要的作用。
