生态文明与生产力

在回顾有关生态文明概念、内涵和指标体系等文献的基础上,对不同文明形态的生产力要素进行了比较分析,指出传统文明之所以造成资源和环境问题,根源在于将不可再生资源作为经济资源,无节制地开发利用。生态文明与传统文明的不同点关键是其生产力内涵的变化。掌握先进科学知识和技术的劳动者,利用现代科技手段,保护不可再生自然资源,通过对可再生资源和社会资源的科学经营活动,全面提高社会经济发展水平的质量,实现社会经济的可持续发展。

Ecological Civilization and Productive Force

Based on review of related references,the basic elements of productive force under primitive civilization,agricultural civilization,and industrial civilization are compared and discussed.It points out that the problems of resources and environment brought by traditional civilization due to its using non-renewable resources as economic input without control.The key difference of productive forces between ecological civilization and former civilizations is the change of its content.The elements of productive force under ecological civilization are the labor with advanced scientific knowledge and technology,using renewable resources as main economic input,and protecting non-renewable resources for public interests to gain sustainable development results.
